摘　　要：目的:探究不同矫治时机对Fr(a)nkel Ⅲ型矫治器矫治儿童骨性Ⅲ类错牙合疗效的影响。方法:回顾性的选取2015年3月-2017年5月笔者医院收治的62例骨性Ⅲ类错牙合儿童作为研究对象,对照组(n=31)为替牙晚期治疗组,观察组(n=31)为替牙早期治疗组。观察两组疗效指标(SNA、SNB、ANB、NP-FH、NA-PA、UI-SN、MP-SN、L1-MP、Y-aix)、治疗效果(良好、一般、差)和咀嚼效率百分比。结果:在疗效指标上,治疗后,观察组SNB、L1-MP显著减少(t=3.545、6.446,P<0.05),ANB、NA-PA、UI-SN、MP-SN显著增加(t=8.241、3.806、6.203、3.916,P<0.05);对照组仅UI-SN由(105.14±3.27)°增加为(115.00±6.82)°、L1-MP由(90.73±5.6)°减少为(85.24±4.84)°。治疗后两组进行比较,观察组在SNB、ANB、NA-PA、MPSN、UI-SN、L1-MP上与对照组差异显著(t=5.665、7.721、5.574、3.378、3.121、3.513,P<0.05);在治疗效果上,观察组的治愈率为74.19%,对照组仅为45.16%,两组之间有显著性差异(χ~2=5.429,P<00.05);在咀嚼效率百分比上,观察组显著高于对照组(t=3.035,P<00.05)。结论:对于儿童Ⅲ类错牙合的治疗,选择早期治疗有助于儿童错牙合的缓解和改善,有助于提高儿童的自信心。Objective Explore different correct timing on Fr(a)nkelⅢtype and correcting device osseous malocclusion childrenⅢthe effect of class or wrong tooth.Methods Selection of retrospective in March 2015 to May 2017,our hospital osseousⅢclass wrong tooth in children 62 cases as the research object.Late treatment group were treated with control group(n=31).The observation group(n=31)for the early treatment group.Observe two groups of curative effect index(SNA,SNB,ANB,NPFH,NA-PA,UI-SN,MP-SN,L1-MP,Y-aix).The therapeutic effect(good,general,poor)and percentage of chewing efficiency.Results Indicator of therapeutic effect.After the treatment,the observed group SNB,L1-MP significantly decreased(t=3.545,6.446,P<0.05),ANB,NA-PA,UY-SN,and MP-SN,significantly increased(t=8.241,3.806,6.203,3.916,P<0.05).The control group only UI-SNincreased from the original(105.14±3.27)°for(115.00±6.82)°.L1-MP from(90.73±5.6)°reduced to(85.24±4.84)°.Comparison between two groups after treatment.The observation group is very different from the control group at SNB,ANB,NA-PA,mp-sn,ui-sn,and L1,and I have a significant difference in the control group(t=5.665,7.721,7.721,5.574,3.378,3.513,3.513,P<0.05).It's therapeutic.Observation group good rate was 74.19%.The control group is only 45.16%.Significant difference between two groups(χ^2=5.429,P<0.05).On the masticatory efficiency of percentage.The observation group is significantly higher than the control group(t=3.035,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment ofⅢclass for children or wrong tooth.Choose early treatment can help children of ease and improve the wrong tooth.Help to improve children's self-confidence.
