论教育中的竞争观教育

摘　　要：在教育竞争中存在着一些不良竞争的观念。学校在开展竞争观教育的过程中,必须以“立德树人”为中心,将理论课堂与实践课堂相结合。父母对孩子的竞争观教育可以先从课外补习、培训着手。社会要积极引导和培养学生的规则意识。在开展竞争观的教育过程中,要与市场经济的特点结合起来。同时,要对违反正确竞争观的行为进行相应的处罚和批评教育,以更好地引导学生树立和践行正确的竞争观。There are some wrong views of competition in the educational competition,for instance,overemphasis on victory in competition,unscrupulous opportunism,exquisite egoism.In the process of implementing education for the view of competition,school must follow it as the center of education“to set high moral values and cultivate people”.Schools should combine a theoretical course with a practical one.Parents should firstly begin with extracurricular coaching and training when they want to implement education for the view of competition to their children.Society should positively lead students and cultivate their sense of rules and regulations.In the whole process,we should also combine the characteristics of market economy with the education.Moreover,we should punish and criticize the improper practice that violate the correct view of competition so that we can better lead students to accept and follow the correct view of competition.
