摘  要:以φ5. 5 mm气保焊丝ER70S-G为例,研究了成品焊丝镀铜不均匀问题。试验结果表明,导致成品焊丝镀铜不均匀的主要因素是盘条表面粗大晶粒组织。当进入减定径段温度低于动态转变温度时,会产生粗大晶粒和细小晶粒。通过控轧控冷工艺调整,得出最佳轧制温度,改进后进入减定径段温度提高至860~880℃,可有效消除ER70S-G焊丝钢盘条表面粗大晶粒组织,满足用户生产要求。Taking diameter 5.5 mm gas shielded welding wire ER70S-G as an example,the problem of uneven copper plating on finished wire is studied.The results show that the main factor leading to uneven copper plating on the wire is the coarse grain structure on the wire rod surface.Coarse grain and fine grain will be produced when the temperature of the reduction path is lower than that of the dynamic transition temperature.The best rolling temperature is obtained by adjusting the rolling controlled cooling process.After improvement,the temperature in reducing sizing section is increased to 860~880℃,which can effectively eliminate the coarse grain structure on the surface of ER70S-G wire rod and meet the production requirements of user.
