摘 要:设计了一种新型的适用于轨道车辆转向架的具有变刚度特性的轴箱转臂节点,它由橡胶主簧、橡胶辅簧和液压机构组成。介绍了该节点的设计原理,论述了主要构件的结构设计思路和参数计算方法。基于结构参数计算结果完成样件试制,动静态刚度试验结果验证了结构方案的合理性,样件实现了低频低刚度和高频高刚度的变刚度特性。所述结构方案和试验方法为液体橡胶复合减振技术在轨道车辆上的工程化应用奠定了理论基础。A new type of Hydro arm joint,which is composed of rubber main spring,rubber auxiliary spring and hydraulic mechanism,with variable stiffness characteristics for rail vehicle bogies has been designed.The design principle of the joint was introduced in this paper corresponding design idea and the parameter calculation method of the main components were discussed in detail.The Hydro arm joint has been trial manufactured based on the calculated parameters.The results of the static and dynamic stiffness test verify the rationality of the structural scheme.The variable stiffness characteristics,which will be lower at low frequency and higher at high frequency,were realized by the sample.The structural scheme and test method lay a theoretical foundation for the engineering application of the hydro technology on rail vehicles.
