摘  要:在对某异形封头锻件结构进行分析后,选择模内镦挤成形方式,提出了模具的设计思路。利用Deform-3D软件对此异形封头锻件进行模内镦挤成形模拟,通过优化成形前坯料形状尺寸来满足成形力要求。结果表明,模具结构形式设计合理,坯料形状尺寸优化能够满足成形力要求。After analyzing on structure of a certain shaped head forging,formation manner of inner die extrusion has been selected and design concept of mould has also been put forward.By applying Deform-3D software,simulation of inner die extrusion formation on the shaped head forging has been carried out,and forming force requirements could be achieved by upgrading structure and size of the billet before forming.The result showed that design of die structure was reasonable and optimization of structure and size for the billet could satisfy forming force requirements.
