全面从严治党视角下高校廉政风险防控机制的构建——以广东部分高校的纪检监察工作实践为例

摘　　要：随着高等教育的扩展和国家对教育经费投入的增加,高等学校的办学规模和经济总量也越来越大。由于高校办学自主权的扩大和管理制度的相对滞后,给一些手中掌握有公权力和资源的领导干部或者个人以可乘之机,利用职务之便进行贪污、受贿,给洁净的"象牙塔"造成了严重的污染。高校应以全面从严治党为抓手,以预防机制构建为重点,以制度建设为关键,以健全机构为保障,以严厉惩治为手段,以全面防控为目标,结合本校实际情况构建高校廉政风险防控机制,将腐败行为拒之门外。With the expansion of higher education and the increase of national investment in education,the scale and the total economy of higher education are also increasing.Because of the enlargement of the autonomy of university running and the relative lag of the management system,some leading cadres or individuals with public power and resources have the opportunity to commit crimes such as corruption,bribery,causing serious pollution.to the clean"ivory tower"Colleges and universities should take the party as a whole and strictly,take the construction of prevention mechanism as the key,take the system construction as the crux,to perfect the organization as the guarantee,take the stern punishment as the means,take the comprehensive prevention and control as the goal,according to the actual situation of the university,we should establish the mechanism of corruption prevention.
