基于专业评估的英语类专业师资建设探究

摘　　要：本科教学评估是进行专业评价与考核、科学衡量专业办学情况、发现人才培养不足的有效途径,有助于促进高校的专业建设与人才培养。对照专业评估指标体系,本文对三明学院英语类专业师资情况进行调研与分析,并从师资专业归属、师资结构建设、明确教学任务、提升教科研能力以及建设"双师型"师资五个方面提出建议及做法,为应用型本科英语类专业师资建设提供参考。The undergraduate teaching evaluation,as an effective way to assess specialty management and to find the insufficiency of talent training,benefits the construction of specialties and training of talents.The paper,based on the investigation and the analysis,discusses the English staff construction in Sanming University and proposes improvement suggestions in the way of staff specialty affiliation,structural construction,teaching task,research ability and double-teacher type.
