少数民族法学本科人才培养模式的几点思考——以塔里木大学为例

摘　　要：塔里木大学法律系自2000年招收第一届学生开始,至今已培养了千余名法学毕业生。主要培养民族法学本科生和汉族法学本科生,有些年份民考民学生和民考汉学生同时招收,其中只有个别年份未招收民族学生,总体而言,民族法学本科和汉族法学本科同时存在。少数民族法学本科生作为法学专业培养的主要对象,在塔大法律系即将成年之际,我们在总结成功经验时,也该梳理针对少数民族法学本科生的培养模式有哪些不足,以便培养出更加出色的法律人。本文先从探讨培养模式入手,接着分析培养模式所面临困境,最后试着找出改进的建议。the law department of Tarim University began to recruit the first students in 2000 and has trained more than 1000 law graduates so far.It mainly trains undergraduate students in ethnic law and undergraduate students in Han law.In some years,students from the people's examination and Han nationality students are enrolled at the same time.Among them,only a few years have not enrolled ethnic students.In general,undergraduate students in ethnic law and undergraduate students in Han nationality law exist at the same time.As the main object of law training for minority law undergraduates,when the law department of Tada is about to reach adulthood,we should also sum up the shortcomings of the training model for minority law undergraduates in order to cultivate a better legal person.This paper begins with the discussion of the culture model,then analyzes the difficulties faced by the culture model,and finally tries to find out the suggestions for improvement.
