磁共振与超声在卵巢囊性病变诊断中的价值比较

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振与超声在卵巢囊性病变诊断中的临床价值。方法以2016年4月—2018年6月该院收治的105例卵巢囊性病变患者为研究对象,全部患者均先行超声检查,再行磁共振检查,观察磁共振影像学表现,以病理诊断结果为金标准,对比观察超声与磁共振诊断卵巢囊性病变的符合率。结果超声诊断卵巢囊性病变符合96例,误诊卵巢脓肿4例,巧克力囊肿3例,宫颈腺体囊肿1例,输卵管积液1例,诊断符合率91.43%,MRI诊断卵巢囊性病变符合101例,误诊巧克力囊肿1例,卵巢囊肿1例,输卵管积液1例,诊断符合率96.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.14,P<0.05)。结论磁共振定性诊断卵巢囊性病变符合率高于超声,能够为临床诊治提供更可靠的影像学依据,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the clinical value of MRI and ultrasound in diagnosis of ovarian cystic diseases. Methods 105 cases of patients with ovarian cystic diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2018 were selected, all patients used the ultrasound examination firstly and used the MRI, and the MRI imaging manifestations were observed, and the coincidence rate of ultrasound and MRI in diagnosis of ovarian cystic diseases was observed and compared according to the pathological diagnosis results. Results The ultrasound diagnosis showed that there were 96 cases with ovarian cystic disease, 4 cases were misdiagnosed with ovarian abscess, 3 cases were misdiagnosed with chocolate cyst, 1 case was misdiagnosed with naboth's cysts, 1 case was misdiagnosed with salpingian dropsy, and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 91.43%, and the MRI diagnosis showed that there were 101 cases with cystic lesions of ovary, 1 case was misdiagnosed with chocolate cyst, 1 case was misdiagnosed with ovarian dropsy, 1 case was misdiagnosed with salpingian dropsy, and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 96.19%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.14, P<0.05). Conclusion The coincidence rate of MRI in diagnosis of ovarian cystic diseases is higher than that of ultrasound, which can provide more reliable imaging basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
