摘  要:以银川地区某户住宅为例,在高层保温住宅中分别实测了夜间通风和全日封闭状态下,室内多数房间的全日周期温度、湿度数据,依据标准进行了评价,并给出了气象数据的获取及非人工冷热源热湿环境评价指标的计算和确定方法。评价结果表明,该保温住宅在夏季非极端高温天气下,热湿环境处于Ⅱ级舒适区;夜间通风能使住宅部分时间处于Ⅰ级舒适区,能有效降低室内湿度。Taking Yinchuan as an example,the whole day indoor temperature and humidity data are measured respectively in rooms of a selected house in one of high-rise residential buildings under ventilation at night and closed state.Evaluation is given according to the standard.The method of acquiring meteorological data and calculating and determining evaluation index in thermal environment in free-running buildings are shown.The results show that when the temperature is not extreme high in summer,the thermal environment category of the heat preservation house is in Ⅱcomfortable zone.The night ventilation improves it to levelⅠcomfortable zone partly,which effectively reduces indoor humidity.
