摘  要:采用一步旋涂法在硅片基底上制备Mg掺杂MAPbI_3薄膜,探究溶液老化时间对Mg掺杂MAPbI_3薄膜成膜质量和发光性质的影响规律.利用SEM、XRD、PL等表征手段对薄膜的形貌、结构、光学特性进行研究,结果表明随着钙钛矿前驱体溶液老化时间的延长,薄膜形貌由致密薄膜逐渐演变为树枝状微米结构,发光强度降低.Mg-doped MAPbI3 films were prepared on a silicon substrate by one-step spin-coating method. The effects of aging time of precursor solution on the film quality and luminescence properties of Mg-doped MAPbI3 films were investigated. The morphology,structure and optical properties of the films were investigated by means of SEM,XRD and PL techniques. The results showed that the morphology of the films gradually evolved from compact film to arborization microstructures with prolonging the aging time of the precursor solution and the corresponding PL intensity decreased as well.
