摘  要:马铃薯自清后期传入贵州,最早种植于黔西北地区,成零散的点状分布;民国时期马铃薯的种植区域逐渐扩大,并形成黔西、黔西北、黔中片状分布区。以往学界对玉米、番薯等高产农作物在贵州的传播研究颇多,但对马铃薯的研究特别是马铃薯的时空分布情况相对较少。马铃薯在贵州的种植和加工对缓解饥荒、调整农业结构、促进商品经济发展等都产生了深远的影响。Introduced into Guizhou from late Qing Dynasty,the potato was planted first in the northwest areas,which distributed with scattered dots.During the Republican period,the potato planting areas were expanded,and formed the sheet-like distribution areas in western Guizhou,northwestern and central Guizhou.In the past,scholars researched the spread of maize or sweet potato in Guizhou,but researches on potato were few,especially researches on spatiotemporal distribution.The cultivation and processing of potatoes has had profound impacts on alleviating famine,adjusting agricultural structure,and promoting the development of commodity economy.
