摘　　要：探讨企业开展研发预算管理的主要意义,分析当前企业研发预算管理存在的问题,研究企业研发预算管理的有效改进措施。This paper discusses the main significance of R&D budget management in enterprises, analyses the existing problems of R&D budget management in enterprises, and studies the effective improvement measures of R&D budget management in enterprises.
