摘  要:"双一流"建设为高校提供了明确的发展目标和强大的外部动力,而作为高校发展的内在驱动,高校教师职称改革尚不能与"双一流"的要求相匹配。本研究结合"双一流"建设的特点,从教学提升、业绩评价、人才发展三个方面分析高校教师职称改革面临的困境。鉴于高校教师职称改革的特点,本研究引入布迪厄社会学理论,从"场域-资本-惯习"的研究视角,对职称改革困境形成的原因作行为分析和制度分析,指出"迎合外部评价的惯习""单一资本依赖和符号权力失衡"是职称改革困境形成的主要原因。据此,本研究提出通过重构教学价值、优化任职条件、完善同行评议、推动制度改革等手段探索实现高校教师职称改革的突破。The construction of "Double First-Class" provides universities with explicit aims and strong external power.However,as the internal motivation for the university development,the faculty professional title reform could not live up to the requirement of "Double First-Class" construction.Combining features of "Double First-Class" construction,this paper analyzes difficulties in the professional title reform of university faculty from three aspects of teaching improvement,performance evaluation and talent development.Considering features of the faculty professional title reform,the analytical method of Bourdieu′s sociological theory is quoted to make behavior and institutional analysis on causes of difficulties in the reform from the perspective of "FieldCapitalHabitus".Furthermore,main causes of difficulties in the reform are proposed as "the habitus of catering to external evaluation" and "the dependence on single capital and imbalance of symbolic power".Hence,this paper puts forward methods of reconstructing teaching value,optimizing job qualification,perfecting peer review and promoting institution reform to explore and achieve breakthroughs of the faculty professional title reform.
