摘  要:目的提高某中职学生对营养与健康的认识,消除或减少不利于健康的饮食习惯,预防营养性疾病的发生。方法选择包钢职工医院卫生学校在校生500名开展营养知识及饮食习惯问卷调查。结果提高在校学生的营养知识,改善他们的膳食结构,纠正他们不良的饮食习惯。结论使调查学生能够科学合理地平衡膳食。Objective To imProve the knowledge of nutrition and health in a secondary vocational school,eliminate or reduce the unhealthy eating habits and Prevent the occurrence of nutritional diseases.Methods 500 students in the health school of Worker's HosPital of Baotou Steel GrouP were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey on nutrition knowledge and dietary habits.Results the nutritional knowledge of the students was imProved,their dietary structure was imProved and their unhealthy dietary habits were corrected.conclusion enables the students to balance their meals scientifically and reasonably.
