摘　　要：荞麦是湖南特色旱粮作物之一,是一种集食用、饲用、药用多种用途的作物。阐述了凤凰县荞麦生产的优势及现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Buckwheat is one of the tipical dry grain crops in Hunan,which can be used for food,feed and medicine. This paper summarized the advantages and current situation of buckwheat production in Fenghuang county,Hunan province. Then it analyzed the existing problems and provided the corresponding countermeasures.
