摘　　要：目的通过研究车载移动医院应急医疗救治培训课程体系,为应急医疗救治部门和培训基地开展培训提供参考。方法在对车载移动医院应急医疗救治领域的文献梳理、案例回顾分析与专家访谈的基础上,提出车载移动医院应急医疗救治培训课程体系。结果以任务需求为导向、能力建设为目标,按照时效救治和分级救治原则,建立由培训内容体系、培训方法体系与培训制度体系三部分组成的车载移动医院应急医疗救治培训课程体系。结论构建的培训课程体系对提升医疗队伍的整体应急医疗救治能力具有参考与借鉴意义。Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the training curriculum on emergency medical treatment for mobile hospitals, and to provide references for the development of such a curriculum in mobile hospitals. Methods A curriculum on emergency medical treatment for mobile hospitals was proposed based on literature review, case review and expert interviews in the field of emergency medical treatment in mobile hospitals. Results Based on the principles of time effect and grading treatment, a taskdemand-oriented and competence-based curriculum on emergency medical treatment in mobile hospitals was established, consisting of three sections: training content, training methods rules and requirements. Conclusions The curriculum provides reference for improving the overall emergency medical treatment ability.
