摘 要:为验证TSJ-2000水源钻机新设计底座的安全性,根据钻机特点,利用Workbench建立了底座的三维模型,并对其进行了模态分析。模态分析表明,底座的固有频率远大于转盘的工作频率;底座的振动变形位移较小,且主要表现在底座下部结构,满足底座振动安全要求,为底座能够安全工作提供了理论依据。In order to verify the safety of the newly designed base of TSJ-2000 water source drilling machine,a three-dimensional model of the base was established and modal analysis was carried out based on the characteristics of the drilling machine using Workbench.The modal analysis shows that the natural frequency of the base is much higher than that of the rotary table.The vibration deformation displacement of the base is small,and mainly manifested in the lower structure of the base,which meets the safety requirements of the base vibration,and provides a theoretical basis for the base to work safely.
