劳动报酬提高、价值链地位与中国出口产品质量升级

摘　　要：基于全球价值链背景,探讨劳动报酬提高对中国出口产品质量的影响,并使用BHC分解方法,验证不同价值链地位下,劳动报酬提高促进出口产品质量提升的机制路径。结果表明:劳动报酬提高对出口产品质量提升具有显著促进作用,且中长期内的影响大于短期;对私营企业的影响大于国有和外资企业,对劳动密集型企业的促进作用大于其他类型企业。同时,价值链地位的提高增强劳动报酬促进出口产品质量的影响,对中长期内、国有企业和高技术密集型企业影响最大。此外,随着价值链地位的提升,劳动报酬提高更能促进企业自身出口产品质量、改善企业间资源配置,同时降低企业进入效应。Based on the background of the global value chain,this paper studies the impact of labor wage increase on the quality of China’s export products,and uses the BHC decomposition method to verify the way that GVC affects the labor wage increase to improve the quality of export products.It is found that:wage increase has significant promoting effect on the growth and quality of export products,the impact in the long term is greater than in the short term,the effect of private enterprises is higher than that of state-owned and foreign-funded enterprises,and labor-intensive enterprises can be promoted more than other types of enterprises.Moreover,increasing the status of the global value chain strengthens the impact of labor wage on the quality of export products,and has the greatest impact on state-owned enterprises and high-tech intensive enterprises in the long-term.In addition,with the promotion of the GVC status,the increase of labor wages can promote the quality of enterprises’own export products,improve the allocation of resources among enterprises,and reduce the entry effect of enterprises.
