长期配戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视的疗效及角膜并发症临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析长期配戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视的疗效及角膜并发症发生情况。方法 2015年1月—2017年12月,于该院接受规范化角膜塑形镜治疗的患者中方便选取410例628眼,所有患者连续配戴8个月,对其治疗效果以及角膜并发生发生情况进行研究分析。结果与配戴角膜塑形镜治疗前相比,患者配戴8个月内的裸眼视力均有所提高,屈光度有所降低,差异有统计学意义(F=1 160.361 2、178.3805,P<0.05);配戴角膜塑形镜期间发生的并发症发生率最高的为0~Ⅱ级角膜上皮损伤,发生率为64.01%。结论规范化长期配戴角膜塑形镜治疗有利于提高裸眼视力,改善近视状况,安全性高。Objective To analyze the efficacy of long-term keratoplasty in the treatment of myopia and corneal complications.Methods Convenient select from January 2015 to December 2017,410 patients with 628 eyes were treated with standardized Orthokeratology.All patients had worn for 8 months.The treatment effect and corneal occurrence occurred.Results Compared with before wearing Orthokeratology,the visual acuity of the naked eye was improved within 8 months,and the diopter was decreased.the different was statistically significant(F=1 160.361 2,178.380 5,P<0.05);wearing the cornea of the highest incidence of complications during the shaping mirror was 0-II corneal epithelial injury,with an incidence of 64.01%.Conclusion Standardized long-term keratoplasty treatment is conducive to improving naked eye vision,improving myopia,with high safety.
