黄芪破壁饮片对胸腺切除治疗无效型重症肌无力症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨AG的治疗方法。方法选择60例经手术切除胸腺治疗无效的AG患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组同时给予泼尼松龙片及溴吡斯的明片,治疗组另外加用黄芪破壁饮片,3个月为1个疗程。观察比较两组的治愈率及血清AChRAb的表达水平。结果治疗组治愈率93.3%,对照组治愈率66.7%,两组比较有统计学意义(X^2=6.67,P=0.01);治疗后两组患者血清中AChRAb的表达水平均明显降低(P <0.01),但治疗组的降低幅度大于对照组(t=3.19,P=0.002)。结论黄芪破壁饮片联合胆碱酯酶及免疫抑制剂,能有效提高治愈率。Objective To investigate the treatment of AG.Methods 60 patients with AG who were treated with surgically removed thymus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.Both groups were given prednisolone tablets and bromide tablets,and the treatment group was supplemented with Huangqi broken wall pieces for 3 months.The cure rate and serum AChRAb expression levels were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the cure rate of the control group was 66.7%.The two groups were statistically significant(χ^2=6.67,P=0.01).After treatment,the expression levels of AChRAb in the serum of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01).but the reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(t=3.19,P=0.002).Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus combined with cholinesterase and immunosuppressant can effectively improve the cure rate.
