奥硝唑合剂治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析奥硝唑合剂治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的效果。方法选取有瘘型慢性根尖炎患者90例(患牙90颗),将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各45例。实验组根管填充使用奥硝唑合剂,对照组使用Vitapex糊剂。随访并比较两组治疗效果。结果两组有效率和复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后不良反应发生率差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论奥硝唑合剂是治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎较理想的药物。Objective To analyze the effect of ornidazole mixture in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis.Methods 90 patients with chronic apical periodontitis(90 teeth)were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases each.The root canal filling of the experimental group was performed using ornidazole mixture,and the control group was treated with Vitapex paste.The effects of the two groups were followed up and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the efficiency and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference of postoperative adverse reactions was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ornidazole mixture is an ideal drug for the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis.
