口腔医学生对规范操作姿势的认知及应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解口腔医学生对规范操作姿势的认识及应用情况。方法选择本校临床实习的102名口腔医学生,根据8项操作姿势标准,对其进行理论测试和临床操作测试,分析测试结果。结果理论测试得分为(4.75±1.53)分,临床操作得分为(3.13±1.49)分。单项得分情况:第8项在理论测试及临床操作中正确率最低,分别为24.5%、11.8%;理论测试中正确率最高为第7项(79.4%),临床操作中正确率最高为第4项(59.8%)。结论口腔医学生对规范操作姿势的认识及应用水平较低,其主要表现在不能及时正确调节灯光及医师座椅,应加强相关训练。Objective To investigate the theoretical knowledge of standard operating posture and its practical application among dental students.Methods 102 final-year undergraduate dental students were chosen.According to the 8 criteria of standard posture,theoretical and clinical tests were carried out and the results were analyzed.Results The theoretical test score was(4.75±1.53)and the clinical operation score was(3.13±1.49).The 8th item had the lowest correct rate in theoretical test and clinical operation,24.5%and 11.8%respectively;the 7th item had the highest correct rate in theoretical test(79.4%)and item 4 had the highest correct rate in clinical operation(59.8%).Conclusion Dental students have a low level of theoretical knowledge and clinical application of standard operation posture,which is mainly manifested in the inability to adjust the lighting and doctor's chair timely and correctly.Therefore,relevant training should be strengthened.
