摘　　要：10kV变配电监控系统包括现场监控层、通信层和管理层三部分。现场监控层采集现场设备的数据信息,通信层完成数据信息的传输,管理层分析数据信息。因此,重点介绍10kV变配电监控系统的现场监控层、通信层和管理层的设计,进而控制、管理用电设备的运行。The 10kV power transformation and distribution monitoring system includes three parts:the scene monitoring layer,the communication layer and the management layer. The field monitoring layer collects the data information of the field equipment,the communication layer completes the transmission of the data information,and the management layer analyses the data information. Therefore,the design of field monitoring layer,communication layer and management layer of 10kV transformer and distribution monitoring system is mainly introduced,and then the operation of power equipment is controlled and managed.
