摘  要:本文从OIF标准组织关于光通信器件的相关协议出发,聚焦到光通信器件中技术相对活跃的硅基光调制器,从专利分析的角度梳理了行业现状、专利发展态势、技术发展脉络等信息。根据以上信息挖掘,本文对国内该领域的创新主体是否具备参与国际标准的制定作了研判,认为上述创新主体还暂不适合参与国际标准的制定。最后,本文针对已有结论提出了若干专利战略规划建议。This article sets out from the OIF standard organization on a number of protocols for optical communication devices,focuses on the relatively active silicon-based optical modulators in optical communication devices,and sorts out the status quo of the industry,patent development situation,technology development context and other information from the perspective of patent analysis.Based on the above information mining,this paper makes judgments on whether domestic innovation entities in this field can participate in the formulation of international standards and believes that the aforementioned innovative entities are not yet suitable for participation in the formulation of international standards.Finally,this paper proposes several patent strategy plans for the existing conclusions.
