摘 要:干部选拔评价工作是医院人力资源管理工作的核心。干部队伍的综合素质、岗位胜任能力,对医院的可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。评价中心技术作为一种科学的综合测评技术,在医疗行业领域尚少见应用。文章将评价中心技术应用于医院干部的选拔评价工作,即在医院干部队伍梯队化设计的基础上,构建胜任力要素和三级评价中心体系,形成医院干部选拔评价体系,完善干部选拔流程,从而提高了医院选人、用人工作的科学性及公信度。The selection and evaluation of administors are core elements of human resource management in hospitals.The quality and competence of the administrators play a critical role in the sustainable development of hospitals.As a scientific comprehensive evaluation tool,the assessment center technology has not been widely adopted in health care providers.We used the assessment center technology for the selection and evaluation of administrators at our hospital.On the basis of talent echelon construction,an administrator selection and evaluation system comprised of competency factors and three-level assessment centers was established.This system has optimized the process of administer selection and improved the validity and reliability of talent selection and appointment at our hospital.
