摘 要:目的将同伴辅导融于合作学习教学中,建立一种适合我国高等教育和学生特点的合作学习模式。方法2016年9月~2017年9月,通过整群抽样选取2015级护理本科2个班,随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组采取基于同伴辅导的合作学习模式进行干预,对照组采取单纯合作学习的方式进行干预。结果试验组与对照组比较,在实验成绩、实际合作和合作能力方面有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在同伴辅导的合作学习中建立有效策略,才能真正促进学生知识、合作、沟通交流能力的提高。Objective To establish a cooperative learning based on peer coaching suitable for college students in China.Methods From September 2016 to September 2017, two classes of 2015 undergraduate nursing students were selected by cluster sampling and randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group).The cooperative learning based on peer coaching was used in experimental group, while cooperative learning was used in the control group.Results compared with the control group, There was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group( P <0.05)in students' experimental grades and pragmatic cooperation.Conclusion It is helpful that the right strategies for the cooperative learning of peer coaching improve students' ability of knowledge,cooperation and communication.
