摘 要:目的根据隐性知识理论,改善组织学实验课组织方式,以提升医学生创新能力。方法通过实施学科交叉、搭建交流平台以及变换学习小组成员等形式,改善组织学实验课教学的组织方式,研究医学生创新能力的变化。结果在新组织模式下,医学生创新学习能力、创新思维能力及创新总体水平明显好转,实验考试成绩亦显著提高,但学生的创新知识基础水平并未发生明显变化。结论改善组织方式,乃至改善某实验课的组织方式,可明显提升大学生的创新能力。Objective To improve the innovation ability of medical students by reforming the organization of the practice teaching of Histology according to tacit knowledge.Methods The changes of innovation ability of medical students were studied by implementing cross-discipline, setting up communication platforms, and changing the members of study groups.Results Under the new organizational model, the students' innovative learning ability, innovative thinking ability and the overall level of innovation improved significantly, and the practice examination results also improved significantly, but the students' innovative knowledge base level did not change significantly.Conclusion To improve the organization and even to improve the organization of a practice can obviously enhance the innovation ability of college students.
