和胃镇逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎寒热错杂证临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和胃镇逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎寒热错杂证的临床疗效。方法选取胆汁反流性胃炎寒热错杂证患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。治疗组患者给予口服和胃镇逆汤治疗,对照组患者服用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合铝碳酸镁片治疗。2组患者均治疗2个月,治疗结束后对临床痊愈患者进行为期3个月的随访。分析比较2组患者的中医证候积分、临床疗效、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及病情复发率。结果治疗组患者中医证候改善情况明显优于对照组,其SAS评分和SDS评分低于对照组,治疗组患者临床疗效及远期疗效均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。结论和胃镇逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎寒热错杂证具有显著的临床疗效,可以降低病情复发率,提高患者远期疗效,并且可以改善患者的焦虑和抑郁状态。Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Hewei Zhenni Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of syndrome of cold and hot miscellaneous.Methods Forty patients with bile reflux gastritis of syndrome of cold and hot miscellaneous were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 20 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Hewei Zhenni Decoction by oral administration,and the patients in the control group were treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets.Both groups were treated for 2 months.After the treatment,the patients with clinical recovery were followed up for 3 months.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,Zung anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,depression self-rating scale(SDS)score and recurrence rate were compared and analyzed.Results The TCM syndrome improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the SAS score and SDS score were lower than the control group,the clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy of the treatment group were better than the control group,all the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hewei Zhenni Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of syndrome of cold and hot miscellaneous.It can reduce the recurrence rate,improve long-term efficacy and anxiety and depression of the patients.
