提升高职教师“匠心”的策略研究

摘　　要：高职院校作为技术技能人才培养基地,担负着培养"大国工匠"、弘扬"工匠精神"的责任和使命。教师对学生产生着最直接、最经常、最具权威的影响,加强师资队伍建设,打造一支能够具备"匠技"、"匠心"能够传承工匠精神的师资队伍,对职业教育的发展至关重要。随着高职师资培训体系的不断完善,教师具备"匠技"的问题在逐渐改善,但"匠心"养成需要较长时间的熏陶和积淀。本文从高职教师的"匠心"内涵出发,分析了影响"匠心"提升的两个因素,从三个方面提出了提升高职教师"匠心"的策略。It is very important for the development of vocational education to build a contingent of teachers who can inherit craftsmanship and ingenuity.With the continuous improvement of teachers' training system in Higher Vocational colleges,the problem of teachers' craftsmanship is gradually improving,but the cultivation of "ingenuity" needs a long time of edification and accumulation.Starting from the connotation of "ingenuity" of Higher Vocational teachers,this paper analyzes the two factors that affect the promotion of "ingenuity",and puts forward the strategies to enhance the "ingenuity" of higher vocational teachers from three aspects.
