摘  要:球轴承沟道超精研工艺中,油石与套圈之间的运动干涉影响超精加工质量,因此有必要研究这种运动干涉的特征和影响因素。以球轴承内圈沟道超精研为代表建立数学模型,对这种运动干涉进行理论分析和数值模拟。结果表明:干涉量分布不均匀,干涉程度随着油石摆动角度的变化而不断变化。沟道表面上,干涉发生于油石摆动所偏向的一侧;沟道边缘与油石厚度侧面交界处干涉量最大,越靠近沟道宽度中心或油石厚度中心位置干涉量越小。油石厚度越大,干涉越严重;干涉程度随着油石摆动角度的增大而增大,油石摆动幅度选取越大,运动干涉越严重。The motion interference between oilstone and rings has an influence on processing quality during superfinishing of ball bearing raceway,and it is necessary to study characteristics and influencing factors of motion interference.The superfinishing of inner ring raceway of ball bearings is taken as an example,and a mathematical model is established for theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of motion interference.The results show that the distribution of interference amount is not uniform,and the degree of interference varies with variation of swing angle of oilstone.On raceway surface,the interference occurs on one side of raceway where the swinging oilstone points to.The interference amount is maximum at the crosses of edge of raceway and side face of oilstone thickness,and the nearer from center of oilstone thickness or raceway width,the smaller the interference amount is.The greater the thickness of oilstone,the more serious the degree of interference is.The degree of interference increases with increase of swing angle of oilstone,the larger the swing amplitude of oilstone,the more serious the motion interference is.
