摘 要:采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备了一种可应用于微波吸收材料的纳米洋葱碳(CNOs),通过酸洗-煅烧-磁选对其进行纯化处理。研究了样品形貌、物相组成、磁性能及其微波吸收特性。带有Fe-Ni核心的CNOs呈现出高度石墨化的碳层包覆金属核心的核壳结构,金属核心的存在提高了材料的复磁导率和阻抗匹配程度。模拟结果表明,微波吸收峰随着匹配厚度的增加逐渐向低频移动;当厚度为5. 81 mm,频率为4. 08 GHz处的最小反射损耗(RL)达到了-52. 5 d B,且厚度在2 mm时,有效吸收带宽(RL <-10 d B)达到了3. 36 GHz(11. 92~15. 28 GHz)。这种优异的微波吸收特性表明CNOs有望在轻质高效吸波材料领域得到广泛应用。Carbon nano onions(CNOs) as a microwave absorber was obtained by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) and then puried by HNO 3 pickling,calcination and magnetic separation.The morphology, microstructure, magnetic properties and microwave absorption properties were investigated,respectively.The CNOs is a core-shell with Fe-Ni particle as the core and highly graphitized carbon as the shell.The metal core increases complex permeability and impedance matching degree of the material.The simulation results show that the microwave absorption peak of CNOs gradually shifts to the lower frequency region with increases of the matching thickness.The minimum reflection loss(RL) value of -52.5 dB is achieved at 4.08 GHz(matching thickness of 5.81 mm) and the bandwidths of RL <-10 dB is 3.36 GHz (matching thickness of 2 mm from 11.92 GHz to 15.28 GHz.The excellent microwave absorption property indicate that CNOs are expected to be widely used as a high-performance lightweight microwave absorber.
