摘　　要：目的分析广西大新县壮族高中生幽门螺杆菌(Hp)患病状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法,通过问卷调查和Hp抗体检测对大新县1392名常住壮族高中生Hp感染情况进行调查,并通过分层分析和多因素logistic回归分析Hp感染的影响因素。结果该地区壮族高中生Hp感染检出率为27.95%。结果显示不同性别和不同程度肝功能损害的高中生Hp感染检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析则显示肝功能损害是Hp感染的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论该地区壮族高中生Hp感染检出率较高,肝功能损害与Hp感染密切相关。Objective To analyze the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and its influencing factors in Zhuang high school student of Daxin in Guangxi.Methods Cluster stratified random sampling method was used in this study.And then,the Hp infection of 1392 resident Zhuang high school students in Daxin County was investigated by questionnaire and Hp antibody test.In addition,the influencing factors of Hp infection were analyzed by stratified analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The detection rate of Hp infection was 27.95%in the Zhuang high school students of Daxin,and the results showed that the difference of the detection rate of Hp infection in high school students with different sex and different degree of liver function damage was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that liver function damage was influencing factor of Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of Hp infection in Zhuang high school students is high,and liver function damage is closely related to Hp infection.
