摘　　要：目的探究环状RNA hsa_circ_0001649在结直肠癌组织中的表达。方法通过qRT-PCR探究环状RNA hsa_circ_0001649在结直肠癌患者肿瘤血液和组织中的表达。结果环状RNA hsa_circ_0001649在肿瘤组织中的表达明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.010),在术后患者的外周血中表达升高,以hsa_circ_0001649在组织中的表达作为指标进行ROC曲线分析,其曲线下面积是0.828。进一步分析发现,环状RNA hsa_circ_0001649的表达程度与肿瘤的分化程度有着密切的关系(P=0.039)。结论环状RNA hsa_circ_0001649在结直肠癌肿瘤组织中的表达明显降低,对于结直肠癌的诊断有潜在的应用价值。Objective To explore the expression level of hsa_circ_000164 9 in colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods In this experiment,the expression level of hsa_circ_0001649 in CRC tissue was tested by using real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCRs).Results The expression level of hsa_circ_0001649 was obviously down-regulated in CRC tissue,compared with paired paracancerous histological normal tissues(PCHNTs)(P<0.010).Hsa_circ_0001649 was obviously up-regulated in the patients peripheral blood after operation.The area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was 0.828.We also found a significant connection between the expression level of hsa_circ_0001649 and pathological differentiation of CRC(P=0.039).Conclusion hsa_circ_0001649 was obviously down-regulated in CRC;therefore,it may be used as a new biomarker in the diagnosis of CRC.
