摘 要:在新时代"打好脱贫攻坚战"的决胜期,"精神扶贫"已成为左右精准扶贫战局的重大因素。开展地方优秀文化教育,突出教育在精准扶贫工作中的重要作用,符合"五个认同"的教育要求,符合习近平"培养什么人、怎样培养人"的教育方向,符合"三全"教育的育人理念,有利于社会风气改善,有助于地区文化自信的树立。通过优秀文化校本化课程建设,建立优秀文化教学队伍和创新育人方法,不仅能提升地方教育教学水平,还能推进"教育扶贫"工作,从根本上推动"精神扶贫"的思想助力。In the decisive winning period of "overcoming poverty"in the New Era,"spiritual poverty alleviation"has already become the important factor determining the situation of accurate poverty alleviation. To carry out the local excellent cultural education and make outstanding the important role of education in the accurate poverty-relief work,conform to educational requirements of "five identities",to Xi Jinping’s educational direction of "cultivating people and how",to the notion of the educational philosophy of "three-comprehensive education",all beneficial to improving general mood of society and contributing to establishing the regional cultural confidence.
