摘　　要：本文介绍了高压开关柜的重要作用,为了保证对开关柜的运行监视,提出开发一款非接触式数字式温度传感器,利用红外探头为温度探测元件,配合外围电路,实现温度的非接触式采集。传感器可直接安装于高压柜上,透过探测孔接收物体红外线,再转换为数字信号,发送至高压配电室内各个高压柜主机上,实现对高压柜中易发热部位的在线探测,希望能解决10kV中置式高压开关柜的在线测温装置等接触式测温所带来的现实工作中维护等方面的难题。This article describes the important role of high-voltage switchgear.In order to ensure the monitoring of the operation of the switchgear,a non-contact digital temperature sensor is proposed.The infrared probe is used as the temperature detection element and the peripheral circuit is used to realize the non-contact temperature.Acquisition,the sensor can be installed directly on the high-voltage cabinet,through the detection hole to receive the object infrared,and then converted into a digital signal,sent to the high voltage cabinet in each high-voltage cabinet host,to achieve high-temperature detection cabinet easy to hot parts online,hoping to solve 10 kV The online temperature measuring devices of the middle-mounted high-voltage switchgears and other contact-type temperature measuring devices bring difficulties in the maintenance of the actual work.
