关于高职会计专业培养管理型会计人才的思考

摘　　要：在分析会计专业人才现状的基础上,认为目前人才市场对会计专业人员的需求普遍存在结构性矛盾,社会急需大量管理型会计人才,提出了高职会计专业培养管理型人才的一些思考,主要是为培养未来的管理型会计人才做好充分准备。On the basis of analyzing the status quo of accounting professionals, it is believed that the current demand for accounting professionals in the talent market is generally structurally contradictory. The society urgently needs a large number of management accounting talents. This paper puts forward some thoughts on training professional management talents in higher vocational accounting professions, makes preparation for the development of future management accounting talents.
