摘 要:以葡萄糖利用率、细胞内糖原含量为指标,评价羊乳酪蛋白酶解物对高浓度葡萄糖诱导的HepG2细胞胰岛素抵抗的改善效果。以体外模拟胃肠消化的方法制备羊乳酪蛋白酶解物消化产物,研究胃肠消化作用对其改善HepG2细胞胰岛素抵抗效果的影响。结果发现,羊乳酪蛋白酶解物显著提高了高浓度葡萄糖刺激的HepG2细胞的葡萄糖利用率和细胞内糖原含量;体外模拟胃肠消化作用对其促进葡萄糖利用和糖原合成的活性无显著影响。Glucose consumption and intracellular glycogen were determined to evaluate the beneficial effects of goat casein hydrolysates on insulin resistance induced by high glucose in HepG2 cells. Besides, goat casein hydrolysates were subjected to stimulated gastrointestinal digestion, and the effects of undigested and digested hydrolysates on insulin resistance were compared. Results showed that goat casein hydrolysates significantly increased glucose consumption and intracellular glycogen in HepG2 cells stimulated by high glucose; In vitro stimulated gastrointestinal digestion had no significant effect on the activity of goat casein hydrolysates to promote glucose consumption and glycogen synthesis.
