摘　　要：膀胱癌是目前泌尿系统常见且高发的肿瘤之一,微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)在肿瘤的发生、发展及预后发挥重要作用。miRNA于肿瘤的作用机制多以凋亡通路作为切入点。本文对miRNA的作用机制和肿瘤标志物方面研究进行综述,为其作为辅助诊断及治疗提供依据。Bladder cancer is currently one of the most commontumor of urinary system with high incidence.miRNAs play an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of tumor.The mechanism of action of miRNAs in tumors is mostly based on the apoptotic pathway.This article reviews the mechanism of action of miRNAs and tumor markers,and provides a basis for their diagnosis and treatment.
