摘　　要：云南主动融入国家"一带一路"倡议,积极推进"建设成为面向南亚东南亚辐射中心"的战略步伐,迫切需要大量高素质的面向南亚东南亚国际化人才。然而长期以来,云南高校培养国际化人才"单打独斗"模式难以满足区域发展对国际化人才的素质要求,亟需构建以政府主导、高校主体、企业参与的三方协同机制,来破解国际化人才培养质量不高、国际教育资源整合不足的现实困境。Yunnan actively blends in the national“One Belt and One Road”proposal and actively promotes the strategic step of“building into a radiation center for Southeast Asia and Southeast Asia”.It urgently needs a large number of high-quality international talents for South Asia and Southeast Asia.For a long time,however,Yunnan higher education institutions conduct a single-handedly fighting model for the training of internationalized talents,which is difficult to meet the quality requirements of regional development for international talents.It is imperative to build a tripartite synergy mechanism with government-led,university-based and enterprise participation to crack the practical dilemma of low quality training and insufficient integration of international educational resources.
