摘  要:以产教融合共建华灿学院为例,以"工匠精神"培育为核心,以专业职业技能为基础,以产教融合为依托,给出了在人才培养、实习实训平台建设、现代学徒制、文化育人、科研创新等方面的具体实施方案。通过深度产教融合,培养提高学生的学习和创新能力,形成融合职业技能和职业素质的"工匠精神"人才培养格局。With the co-construction of Huacan College with the integration of industry and education as an example, this paper takes the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" as the core, professional vocational skills as the basis and the integration of industry and education as the reliance, and gives the specific implementing plan in the aspects of talent cultivating, construction of practice and training platform, modern apprenticeship system,cultural education and scientific research and innovation. Through further integration of industry and education,students’ learning and innovation ability will be improved, and a talent training pattern based on "craftsman spirit’ combining vocational skills and professional qualities will be formed.
