研究型大学精准化生涯教育体系构建

摘　　要：随着就业市场的演变,高校就业指导环节越来越受到重视。研究型大学学生多元化的发展需要全程化、精准化的生涯教育与就业指导,这使得生涯教育成为高校人才培养体系中贯穿始终的一环。文章探讨了研究型大学开展精准化生涯教育工作的必要性及工作原则,从生涯发展期、分类指导、实现路径、保障体系四个角度出发,提出"四四六"生涯教育体系,对于高校开展此项工作具有一定的实践指导意义。With the evolution of the employment market,the employment guidance of universities are getting more and more attention,but the various propositions appearing in the employment guidance all point to an overall life-centered career education system.Students of research universities require many-faceted development,and thus a full-process,precise career education and employment guidance are needed by them.This makes career education a continuous part in the university personnel training system.This paper here analyzes the necessity and working principle for research-oriented universities carrying out precise career education.Also,this paper proposes the " Four-Four-Six Career Education System" from four respects:career development period,classification guidance,implementation path and security system.For universities undertaking work relating to career education,this paper supplies a certain practice guidance.
