摘  要:当前,以微博、微信为代表的中国微政务公共服务格局已正式确立。文章以政务微信公众平台为研究对象,深入分析了政务微信公众平台信息服务的现状与存在的问题,提出了具有实际意义的提升微信公众平台信息服务质量的对策建议,为政务微信公众平台信息服务的不断完善和后续发展方向提供依据,以实现新媒体环境下政务微信信息服务过程中的人、信息、技术和环境之间的和谐发展。At present,the public service pattern of China’s micro government,represented by WeiBo and WeChat,has been formally established.Based on government affairs micro letter public platform as the research object,this paper analyzed the government affairs micro believe the public information service platform of the present situation and the existing problems,and put forward the practical significance of improving the quality of micro believe the public information service platform of countermeasures and suggestions,for government affairs the continuous improvement of the micro believe the public information service platform and provided the basis for subsequent development direction,in order to realize the micro letter information service under the new media environment in the process of the harmony between people,information,technology and environment development.
