摘　　要：广东省名老中医药专家传承工作室(传承室)建设经验主要有:(1)建立传承室组织机构,贯彻执行各项政策、规章制度、营造良好传承氛围;(2)传承室条件建设,配置传承室所需场所、装备,建成名老中医临床原始数据库和中医传承平台;(3)组建信息技术服务团队,采用现代信息分析技术存录、整理和挖掘传承内容;(4)制定发展战略和实施细则,制定完善管理制度、激励机制;(5)严审传承人资格,创新学习机制、培养方法,强化知识管理运行与考核机制,重视提高中国传统文化素质和经典学习,以及中医思维模式、继承创新能力的培养,高度重视名老中医医德、医风、医理、医术、医道及中医显隐性知识的完整传承;(6)重视名老中医学术思想、学说、经验的科学验证及科技成果转化工作。The construction experience of Guangdong Provincial Famous TCM Veteran Experts Inheritance Studio(inheritance studio)mainly includes:①to establish an organizational structure,implement all the policies and regulatory frameworks,and create a good inheritance atmosphere;②on the condition construction of the inheritance studio,to configure the facilities and equipments that the inheritance studio needs,and build a clinical original database of famous TCM veteran practioners and a TCM inheritance platform;③to organize a service team for information technology,to record,arrange and extract the inheritance contents by modern information analysis technology;④to lay down development strategies and implementation rules,and draw up a sound management system and incentive mechanism;⑤to closely scrutinize the qualification of inheritors,innovate the learning mechanism and cultural methods,strengthen the knowledge management operation and assessment mechanism,pay attention to improve the quality of Chinese traditional culture and classic learning,and the development of TCM thinking mode and inheritance and innovation capacity,and pay high attention to the complete inheritance of the medical ethics,work style,medical knowledge and medical skills of famous TCM veteran practioners,and the explicit and implicit knowledge of TCM;⑥to pay attention to the scientific verification of the academic thoughts,theories and experience of famous TCM veteran practioners and the commercialization of research findings.
