摘　　要：本文以上海交通大学密西根学院为研究对象,对密西根学院教学质量保障方式进行全方位的分析,总结密西根学院教学质量保障体系的设置和特点,为中外合作办学教学质量的保障体系建设添砖加瓦。The paper aimed to study the education quality assurance system of UM-SJTU Joint Institute,focusing on analyzing the 10-years running practice of ensuring education quality of the institute,summarizing the experiences and actions of Joint Institute,in the hope that it would be learned by others and make its contribution on Sino-foreign higher education institution development.
