摘　　要：在研究和分析国内外的学习路线图的基础上,结合北京城市学院学生的特点和调研的数据,以学生职涯目标为导向,设定了软件工程专业的人才培养的学习路线图,为学生提供个性化发展的最优成长路径。On the basis of the research and analysis of talent cultivation method and mode both at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the students and investigation data in Beijing city university students career goal oriented,set the software engineering talent cultivation learning roadmap,providing students with personalized optimal growth path of development.
