摘　　要：本文提出了基于"互联网+"的物联网岗位模型,首先构建物联网专业岗位模型;其次分析岗位模型的共享;再次分析岗位模型的动态更新;最后提出岗位模型的激励机制。该模型为人才培养改革提供了依据,同时推动了物联网高职教育的创新改革发展。In this paper,we proposed the post model of the Internet of things which Based on the "Internet +".Firstly,build the post model of IOT;secondly,analyses share the post model between the Vocational College and enterprises;thirdly,analysis the post model dynamic update;finally,provide incentive mechanism of the post model.It provides a basis for the reform of talent training,at the same time,it promoted the innovation and reform of Higher Vocational Education in the Internet of things.
