高端技术技能型本科人才培养目标定位——以土木工程专业人才培养为例

摘　　要：随着我国经济发展方式的变化和产业结构的调整,传统职业教育人才培养已不能完全满足现代工业化发展对人才的要求。高端技术技能型本科是近年来为适应现代社会、经济和技术发展的需要提出的一种新的教育类型。目前,高端技术技能型本科人才培养相关的理论研究及试行经验均未成熟,普遍存在对高端技术技能型人才培养的目标定位、内涵等认识不够清楚的问题。本文依托四川省教育厅关于开展高端技术技能型本科人才培养改革试点的背景,通过对普通本科、应用型本科、高职专科三种层次的人才培养目标对比分析,并结合土木工程专业特点,初步提出了土木工程专业高端技术技能型本科人才培养目标定位,揭示了其内涵。相关成果可以为高端技术技能型人才培养提供借鉴参考。The talent cultivation of traditional vocational education can not completely meet the requirements of modern industrial development with the economic development and the adjustment of industrial structure for China.So the technical and skilled education is presented to adapt to the development of modern society in recent years.Currently,there is not clear knowing about the establishment and connotation of technical and skilled Talent cultivation due to the lack of theoretical research and pilot experience. The comparative analysis are conducted for general undergraduate,applied undergraduate and vocational college combined with features of civil engineering specialty in this paper. Then,the establishment and connotation of technical and skilled talent cultivation are presented.The related results will provide references for the technical and skilled talent cultivation.
