摘 要:目的:探讨工作坊模式在外科住院医师规范化培训师资培训的应用效果。方法:选取温州医科大学外科住院医师规范化培训高级师资共59名学员作为研究对象。采用工作坊教学模式,在培训前和培训后分别对学员进行专科理论、病史采集分析、外科操作技能、沟通能力等综合能力的评价。结果:工作坊模式能提高学员们病史采集分析、外科操作技能和沟通的能力(P<0.05)。教学满意度调查显示采用工作坊教学模式能提高学习兴趣和学习能力,教学满意度较高。结论:在外科住院医师规范化培训师资培训中应用工作坊教学法效果佳。This study was done to investigate the effect of workshop model in teacher training for surgical resident standardization.Methods:Fifty-nine surgical teacher received workshop model for resident standardization of Wenzhou medical university were observed.Professional theories,medical history collection,practice and communication skills were analyzed after training.Results showed there were higher theory score,practice score and communication score after training(p<0.05).The workshop model improved the students’ learning interest and learning ability.In conclusion,workshop is a good model in teacher training for surgical resident standardization.
