摘　　要：党的"十九大"报告提出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,明确了党在新时代的强军目标。新时代下的军队为了适应现今战争形态的变化,加大了对大学生兵员的诉求,因此普通高校兵役征集工作变的尤为重要,但是部分高校征兵工作中还存在教育工作与征集工作配套不完善,征兵宣传不到位等问题。本文根据对不同高校兵役征集工作实施现状的调查结果进行方式方法的分析总结,并对此提出建设性、创新性的策略。The communist Party of China(CPC) reported that the socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,and clearly defined the Party’s goal in the new era.Under the new era of the army in order to adapt to the current changes in the form of war,increased the manpower demands for college students,therefore the collection of military service becomes especially important in common colleges and universities,but also exist in some universities conscription work education and imperfect,recruiting propaganda does not reach the designated position.Based on the analysis and summary of the investigation results of the current situation of the recruitment of different universities,this paper puts forward a constructive and innovative strategy.
